About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused problem solver to build and run our recruitment operations engine. You will sit at the intersection of operations, data, and strategy, ensuring every recruiting team has the systems and workflows needed to deliver hiring funnels reliably.
You will own the machine that powers our core service / client growth, using data to bring clarity to ambiguity and relentlessly driving down our Cost per Hiring Funnel without sacrificing quality. You will treat Recruitment as a product, and our recruiters and hiring managers as your customers.
