Overview
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading recruitment and talent attraction activities to support the organization's current and future workforce needs. The incumbent provides leadership to recruitment staff, develops recruitment and workforce planning strategies, and works closely with leaders to attract, recruit, and retain qualified employees. The role monitors recruitment trends, workforce data, and labour market challenges to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. The Recruitment Manager builds and maintains relationships with Indigenous communities, educational institutions, community organizations, and other partners to strengthen recruitment efforts and workforce development opportunities.
