Recruitment Manager

The Portfolio Group are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our Payroll Recruitment team in Toronto!

The Role;

As a hands on Manager, you will lead from the front in running your own desk within Payroll Recruitment, taking responsibility for the full Recruitment lifecycle including Business Development & winning new clients, Recruiting, Candidate & Client Management and running the full process. Alongside this, you will coach and mentor our existing Recruitment team, while working with the Director to grow and shape the business as we take it to the next level!
