We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and drive hiring excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Recruitment Officers.
- Oversee the full recruitment process and ensure efficient hiring operations.
- Handle administrative matters with management and external business partners.
- Ensure personal KPIs and departmental KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate closely with internal management and implement a structured interview system for hiring managers on a rotational basis.
- Develop and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Create, refine, and continuously improve recruitment telescripts, and actively conduct recruitment telemarketing/cold calling to engage potential candidates.
