Overview
As a member of an outgoing and highly motivated team, you will be responsible for managing our Recruiters and working with our Account Executives towards the successful placement of candidates to jobs. The Recruitment Manager is accountable for customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profitability, and employee morale. The Recruitment Manager organizes, manages and monitors the entire planned recruitment and order fill process. The position is also responsible and accountable for the development of an ongoing pool of resources required across the country to fulfill the labour requirements needed for our staff augmentation and IT services businesses.
