Recruitment & HR Services Lead

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a team of six and be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee records management, workforce reporting, contract management and continuous improvement initiatives. This role also plays a key part in supporting workforce planning, people policy development and organisational capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team delivering HR operations and recruitment services
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, enterprise agreements and internal policies
• Drive HR systems, reporting and data integrity
