Recruitment Head

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruitment Head to lead the talent acquisition function for a leading retail business in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of recruitment experience with a minimum of 2 years in a recruitment consultancy or executive search firm . This role will oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy employer branding and talent pipeline management to support the rapid growth of the retail operations.
