Recruitment Employer Branding Intern

Location: Madrid, Spain

Responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end management of the ING internship process.
• Search and actively source candidates through university platforms to identify potential talent.
• Manage the initial pre‑selection of candidates and conduct telephone pre‑screening.
• Collaborate in online interviews to assess candidates’ skills and experience.
• Facilitate and coordinate technical tests and additional interviews.
• Assist with Employer Branding projects such as events and job fairs to promote ING’s employer brand.

Qualifications

• Student in Labor Relations, Psychology, Economics, Law or a related field with interest in Human Resources.
• Immediate availability for the internship.
• Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, customer focus, and adaptability.
