- Assists the Branch Office In- Charge in all administration functions
- Closely coordinates with Recruitment Supervisor and Fleet Managers, as applicable, for vacancy and pooling requirements for the next three months.
- Receives reporting to active seafarers and attends to their requirements on CBT and documentation.
- Assist function of relationship cell
- Education: Four-year course graduate, fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Background in Marketing & IT will be a plus
- Committed to work, with attention to details and accuracy
- Time Management & Organizational Skills
- Familiar with social media management tools and data analysis tools
