Recruitment Coordinator, Helsinki

Job Summary

This is a fixed-term Recruitment Coordinator position in Helsinki for approximately five months, with the employment contract running until 31 December 2026. You will manage end-to-end recruitment in the technology sector, working closely with hiring managers and the HR/recruitment team and using Oracle HCM daily. The role requires recruitment or HR experience, fluency in English and Finnish, strong service orientation and teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple processes and learn systems quickly. The position is available immediately with a latest start in early August, and applications must be submitted by Sunday 5 July.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment processes together with hiring managers and the HR/recruitment team. You will work with Oracle HCM on a daily basis and help deliver an excellent recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
