• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
• Basic + Commission + Incentives

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Source and screen for suitable candidates via various job portals like JobStreet, JobSCentral, LinkedIn and in-house system
• Ensure proper registration of job applicants
• Schedule, co‑ordinate and interview candidates
• Identify opportunities for Business Development and build rapport with potential clients through cold calling.
• Perform account management duties by communicating with clients to understand hiring needs
• Any other duties as assigned
