Responsibilities
Attract Top Talent – drive the talent acquisition department to bring in the best candidates from around the globe.
Recruitment Process – manage the entire cycle from posting vacancies, hunting for candidates, conducting interviews, to managing onboarding.
Strategic Advisory – partner closely with executive stakeholders to define organizational needs, map role requirements, and provide data‑backed market insights.
