Recruitment & Compliance Specialist

A leading Multinational Corporation (MNC) headquartered in Taiwan is establishing a new factory in Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Compliance Specialist who will be responsible to manage end-to-end recruitment for local and foreign hires, administer all work passes/visas, ensure full MOM compliance, and lead orientation/onboarding.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Draft and post job ads; comply with Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) requirements
  • Source, screen, shortlist candidates; coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct reference/background checks and medical examinations
  • Manage offer acceptance, negotiations, and hiring timelines
  • Build talent pipelines for future needs
• Work Pass & Immigration Administration (Singapore)
  • Assess eligibility: Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Work Permit, Dependant’s Pass, LTVP
