Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and phone screening candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with consultants to understand staffing needs of SG clients.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients.
• Engage candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
