This role will report to our Distribution Center in Taytay, Rizal.
What You'll Do:
- You will own end-to-end hiring of corporate roles from job posting, screening, offers, and onboarding
- You will drive data-driven recruiting, use metrics and insights to improve sourcing, time-to-hire, and candidate quality
- You will manage campus hiring and partnerships, recruiting events, and early-careers talent programs
- You will lead initiatives across the different facets of HR to build scalable and efficient people processes.
