Recruitment Advisor

Due to an internal movement, we have an exciting opportunity for experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our fun-filled, high energy team at Farmers Support Office in Auckland. You'll be attracting, sourcing, selecting and managing our future talent, delivering on key recruitment needs as efficiently as possible.

You will be a quick thinker, have a dynamic personality and a flair for great process and relationship building with key members of the HR and Operations Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the entire recruitment and selection process for your region.
• Working in partnership with the Store Management teams to support their recruitment needs.
• Sourcing talent through various channels including direct search and selection, social and career networks, job board searches and advertising.
• Managing all communication with potential talent, providing a first class candidate experience at every stage of the process.
