Role Summary: As a Recruiting Manager, you will play a dual role – you’ll lead and grow our recruiting team while also executing full‑cycle recruitment for key roles. This position requires a highly driven professional who is as comfortable defining talent strategy as they are engaging directly with candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring clear prioritization and workflow alignment.
- Own and execute end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, presenting, and closing candidates.
