The Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of the Recruiting organization.This person will work with recruiters and Executive Leadership to ensure the recruiting process is executed in an effective fashion.This is a detail-oriented position and requires strong organization skills and attention to detail.Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities follow and may change based on existing priorities:- Prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creation of Offer approval requests and/or letters.
- Facilitating the BG check process for new hires.
- Creation and acquisition of documents and coordination with immigrations to support visa transfers.
- Complete onboarding tasks for new hires in Navigator and Success Factors.
