Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to oversee and manage our candidate application process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial application through to the onboarding process. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, screening resumes and applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
