Responsibilities
- Identify and source high‑quality candidates through a variety of channels.
- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening applications, conducting phone and video interviews, candidate testing, and coordinating with hiring teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define the recruitment process.
- Provide a world‑class candidate experience and communicate feedback effectively.
- Represent Fever by attending virtual job fairs and e‑meetups.
- Maintain the existing candidate pipeline and identify future opportunities for growth.
