The Recruiter plays a key role in attracting qualified candidates, conducting thorough screening, and selecting the best talent for current and future organizational needs. This role focuses on high-volume driver recruitment, data management, compliance tracking, and supporting HR initiatives across multiple terminals.

Core Responsibilities

• Driver Recruitment & Selection: Ensure candidates meet company hiring criteria and operational requirements. Conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess candidate suitability. Ensure drivers receive required onboarding and training prior to assignment. Provide orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring understanding of company policies and procedures.
