Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

This is a remote position. Company Overview Leadvance is a B2B growth company that operates in two areas. First, we run a done-for-you lead generation service, managing cold outreach and appointment booking on behalf of our clients. Second, we work as a recruiting agency, helping businesses find and place the right talent to build and grow their teams. Role Overview Were looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruiting team and run the hiring desk. Your main focus will be screening candidates, making calls, managing follow-ups, and helping close roles for our clients. No prior recruiting experience is required. We will train you on a proven, documented playbook, so you are never guessing what to do next. This role is for someone who is hungry to learn, confident on calls, and motivated by growth and earnings. The sourcing and keyword strategy will be built by us.
