Overview
This role will assist in providing full cycle recruitment for multiple hiring disciplines including call center operations. The recruiter is responsible for standardized workflow of sourcing, screening, and hiring decisions that best fit the organization’s goals. The recruiter is expected to demonstrate a high level of expertise in sourcing strategy solutions to meet hiring demands.
Responsibilities
- Full life cycle recruitment for roles in Mexico and other country markets.
- Proactively source and screen passive and active candidates using various techniques.
- Qualify candidates by conducting in-depth phone interview assessments.
- Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified talent leads.
- Maintain all documentation in the ATS to ensure all candidate records are current.
