We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter for a focused 3-month project to accelerate and support key corporate and strategic positions.
- Duration: 3 months (Fixed term)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and strategic positions.
- Partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, and drive active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Maintain a fast-paced pipeline and report progress directly to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (corporate or strategic positions).
- Advanced to Fluent English (required for daily communication and conducting candidate interviews).
- Strong, hands‑on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
- Active CNPJ and ability to issue invoices (Nota Fiscal).
- Immediate availability to start and work 100% on-site.
