Recruiter
Join a high performing and best-in‑class Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter and help us drive end‑to‑end recruitment for a Food Manufacturing company in North America. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.
You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end‑to‑end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience.
What you’ll do
- Deliver across the entire end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle. Preferred to have background in hourly roles in the maintenance space or food manufacturing – plant environment/hourly.
