Job Description

Our home care agency is seeking an experienced Recruiting and Office Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for recruiting qualified caregivers to provide high-quality care to our clients. In addition, you will help manage staff scheduling to ensure that all clients receive the care they need when they need it.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified caregivers
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure that all clients receive the care they need when they need it
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to staffing and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing and scheduling
  • Participate in staff training and development activities as needed
