We're hiring our first in-house Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across the whole company. This is a proactive, ownership-driven role: you'll build pipelines, run process, and move fast without compromising on quality.
About the Role
This is an individual contributor role sitting within the People team, reporting to the Head of People & Operations.
You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle across all departments – from partnering with hiring managers to understand what they actually need, through to sourcing, screening, and handing off at offer stage.
