We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our HR team, primarily responsible for bulk hiring and sales hiring .
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on bulk hiring and sales positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and headhunting
- Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
- Ensure joining documentation is completed and properly shared for newly hired employees
Qualifications
- Graduate / BBA / MBA in HR or a relevant field
Experience
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong exposure to bulk hiring and sales hiring is mandatory
