What You Do
- Support the screening and evaluation of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to represent Allianz Technology.
What You Bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish at a C1 level.
