We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in IT and non technical hiring. The role involves end to end recruitment direct interaction with candidates and close coordination with hiring managers. Strong communication and follow up skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end to end recruitment for IT and non technical roles
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
Coordinate interviews with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain candidate trackers and hiring reports
Ensure regular follow ups with candidates and hiring teams
Manage offer rollouts and joining coordination
Requirements
One to four years of recruitment experience in IT and non technical hiring
Good understanding of IT roles and general corporate hiring
