Recruiter - High Volume Recruitment

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Recruiter - High Volume Recruitment. This position involves leading full-cycle recruitment within a dynamic retail banking environment, supporting busy hiring demands, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. The ideal candidate will bring extensive recruitment experience, a passion for talent acquisition, and a resourceful mindset to effectively fill roles in a fast-paced organization.

Pay rate range (CAD): $49.01/hr – $49.22/hr

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including intake sessions, requisition opening, interview scheduling, and offer extension
• Conduct full-cycle interviews, from screening to final discussions with hiring managers
