We are looking for an experienced team member for an open full-time contact center recruiter position out of our new Hermosillo office.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and conduct in-person interviews
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process with HR and operations team members
- Identify on-going staffing needs
- Design and implement attraction strategies
**Qualifications**
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment
