We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Recruiter** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of U.S.based clients in the cannabis industry and take increasing ownership of recruitment and onboarding activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate interviews and conduct initial screenings
- Improve and streamline hiring and onboarding workflows
- Track progress and ensure consistent documentation
- Work with HR, IT, and team leads on onboarding
- Share updates in team syncs and support junior colleagues
- Manage access requests and onboarding docs
- Oversee background checks and ensure system accuracy
- Maintain and update ATS, HRIS, and employee files
