Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers
- Track and report on hiring metrics
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Advanced English Level is required
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting and hiring
- Strong understanding of the recruiting process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
