Overview
We are an international professional service firm offering expertise in the areas of Consulting / Advisory, Assurance and Tax. We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join for a 6-month period to support during busy hiring season.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles from briefing to offer
- Proactively source candidates using direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
- Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments
- Manage requisitions in line with agreed SLAs and hiring priorities
- Capability Focus: delivery ownership, assessment quality, and stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- At least three years of in-house recruitment experience
- Demonstrated success filling junior–mid level roles
- Experience with volume hiring
