The Lac La Ronge Indian Band in Little Red River Reserve is inviting applications for the following Permanent Full-Time position: Recreation Worker (2).

Responsibilities

• Establish an annual plan of sports, recreation and cultural programs for community in cooperation with band administration. These will be programs and events that can be continued year to year;
• Plan, organize and coordinate the activities as per the annual plan;
• Plan and organize the day-to-day activities of the annually planned programs;
• Ensure event sites are clean, equipped and the schedule and rules are posted;
• Facilitate the delivery of community-based sports and recreation Programs, activities and events for elders, adults, and youth;
• Promote, advertise and communicate sports and recreation programs, community activities and events;
• Prepare event budgets forecasting revenue and expenditure;
