Under the management of the Recreation Manager, this role is essential for planning, implementing, and assessing recreation therapy initiatives. You will work closely with residents to achieve their leisure goals, ensuring each individual is actively participating and their evolving needs are met. Safe transportation of residents to offsite events will also be part of your responsibilities.
