This position works in the Golf – Operations organizational unit. The role involves planning, developing, scheduling, coordinating, and implementing a variety of golf programs and services. Responsibilities also include hiring, training, assigning, scheduling, and supervising program staff and contractors; establishing and maintaining liaison with community groups, the general public, industry partners, and a variety of internal and external contacts; promoting and publicizing interest and participation in golf programs; and assisting in the preparation and monitoring of program budgets. The incumbent exercises considerable independence of judgement and action within established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
