Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for the Record to Report (R2R) process by allocating tasks, offering coaching, and cultivating a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Ensure the monthly financial close is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Oversee the reconciliation of key accounts, including bank and fixed asset accounts, ensuring accuracy and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
