Record to Report Accounting Analyst

The Inventory & Cost Accounting Analyst reports directly to the Inventory Team Lead. The
primary function is to be responsible for a wide range of inventory and cost accounting tasks,
including inventory and cost accounting analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.

● Perform Inventory to General Ledger interfaces, monitor and validate complete interface
● Execute month end close jobs
● Update costs in the ERP
● Assist Operations and warehouse managers on matters involving inventory transactions
● Assist Operations Control and Reporting team with inventory variance analysis
● Prepare journal entries for month end close
● Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation
● Coordinate physical inventory count and assist in physical vs book reconciliation
● Summarize and review physical inventory results from various warehouses/depots for
audit and monthly recording purposes
