Reconditioning Specialist – Deployment support (Quebec City)

Role

The Reconditioning Specialist will be deployed for up to six months overseas (e.g., Latvia) to deliver exercise and reconditioning services to Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and partner nation personnel. The role involves designing and implementing individualized reconditioning programs, conducting fitness evaluations, providing injury prevention education, and supporting recreational activities to enhance overall morale and welfare.

Responsibilities

• Lead reconditioning and exercise programs for CAF members with medical conditions, improving functional abilities and preventing future injury.
• Design and prescribe exercise protocols tailored to individual limitations.
• Conduct physical fitness evaluations, baseline testing, and data collection.
