Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a quick‑paced environment.
Experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus, but not required.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi‑line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other office software
- Handle front desk responsibilities including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
