    The function:

  • Operating and updating the telephone exchange
  • Helping to implement a new telephone exchange
  • Preparing and receiving visitors
  • Distribution of incoming mail and the dispatch of mailings and outgoing mail
  • Booking flights, hotel stays and rental cars for colleagues and helping to implement a new system for this
  • Performing various other administrative tasks
