- Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts.
- Capable of multitasking and managing a multiple-line phone system
- Answers clients’ phone calls, needs, queries and addresses complaints.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role.
- At least, college level
- Hands-on experiences with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
