RECEPTIONIST (POOLING)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Proficient in cash handling, POS systems, and processing electronic payments securely
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities; can manage front‑desk and cashier duties efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office management software is an advantage
• Professional appearance, good personal hygiene, and a customer‑oriented attitude
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
