Our client is a reputable Investment Company and they are looking for a part time Receptionist & Office Administrator on part time basis.
The Role
- Perform receptionist duties such as coordinating meeting room bookings, maintain the cleanliness of meeting rooms
- Assist with daily office administration tasks such as access card/ ID badge record keeping
- Manage company inventory and procurement, including stationery, pantry supplies, and emergency items, to maintain office order
- Submit expense reports and accounts payable to finance
- Assist with travel arrangement and provide backup support for personal assistants as required
- Assist in managing local projects and maintain governance structure
