Qualifications and Standards:
- Preferably College or High School diploma
- Basic computer literate
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Able to multitask and perform well in a fast‑paced environment
- Must be able to walk and stand during the entire shift
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure every guest feels cared for, valued, and respected
- Escort customers to accommodations
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
- Direct and instruct dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure fast and quality service
