Job Description
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees. Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel. Ensure all visitors sign in and receive visitor badges if required.
- Phone and Email Management: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to appropriate staff. Handle inquiries via email and direct them to relevant departments. Take accurate and detailed messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Manage office supplies and ensure that inventory levels are maintained. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
