What you'll be doing
- Greet and welcome all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond promptly and courteously to incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is well‑organised and presentable at all times
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and sorting mail
- Provide support to the management team as required
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer‑facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of people
