SHEDULE: Mon-Fri (7:00am - 4:36pm)
INCOME : $15,600 monthly gross base salary
$3,800 monthly gross bonus
BENEFITS :5 PTO Days
$1000 monthly food stamps
PROFILE : Customer service experience
- Receptionist experience is preferred but not necessary
- Previous call center experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answering current client questions by using our resources from our case management system Cerenade and FAQ's as well as elevating questions that cannot be answered.
Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
